Jason Eugenides O.D.
Dr. Jason Eugenides, the owner and licensed optometrist of Vanderbilt Optical, believes that personal attention and professionalism should be the foundation of every patient visit. He specializes in contact lens fittings, age-related eye care, and the treatment and management of ocular diseases. He is a member of the Florida Optometric Association and has been practicing in Naples, Florida for the past 30 years.
Born and raised in Northwest Indiana, Dr. Eugenides completed his Doctorate of Optometry at Indiana University in 1988. Dr. Eugenides practiced in New York City for several years before moving to Naples, FL with his wife Lee in 1993. An English and Spanish speaker, he enjoys getting to know patients of all backgrounds and establishing relationships with people in the local Naples community.
Dr. Eugenides has a strong desire to give back. He established a charity optical center in Kingston, Jamaica, in association with VanBuskirk Opticians, St. John the Evangelist Church, and Jamaica Outreach.
When he’s not working, Dr. Eugenides loves woodworking and musical theatre. He performs regularly with the Naples Players Community Theater on 5th Avenue, and has been involved in many shows there in his free time. He has been married to his wife, Eun-Joo Lee for 25 years and they have three children.
